Byron Dobbins, charged in connection with shooting a 3-year-old, is the same man that helped deliver his girlfriend’s baby during last month’s snow storm. Also, as our investigators were looking for Mr. Dobbins we were told by the girlfriend (Darshay Jones) and mother of Mr. Dobbins (Elisie Wilson) that they did know the location of Mr. Dobbins so we could speak with him regarding the alleged accidental shooting. As our investigators continued to search for Mr. Dobbins he was located in the downtown area getting into an automobile with his girlfriend (Jones) and mother (Wilson). All three were arrested by our CRT on Thursday and both females have made bail.
