Birmingham’s Division of Youth Services Teams up with 95.7 Jamz to Catch Birmingham High School Students “Doing Good”
Get caught doing good deeds to meet Hip-Hop Recording Artist & Actor, Ludacris

Birmingham youth…all eyes are on you!

The City of Birmingham Mayor’s Office Division of Youth Services (DYS) has partnered with 95.7 Jamz to provide Birmingham area high school students with an opportunity to meet hip-hop recording artist, actor and entrepreuer, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges at the 2015 Magic City Car & Bike Show presented by 95.7 Jamz.
Our City is filled with youth who are doing good deeds and making the right choices. DYS and the Birmingham Police Department have deputized “spies” from the community looking to catch those 9th – 12th grade students who demonstrate outstanding character in their homes, schools and community.

The top ten (10) students, chosen by the selection committee, will:
Attend an exclusive Meet & Greet session with Chris “Ludacris” Bridges
Free entry to the Magic City Car & Bike Show on Sunday, May 31st at the  Birmingham Race Course
Attend a Luncheon Hosted by Dwight Stone & Funny Maine at Regions Bank on Friday, May 29th
$100 Free Checking Account awarded by Regions Bank

As of Monday, May 11, Caught Doing Good Spies will nominate Birmingham youth by visiting www.957jamz.com. Youth can be nominated for a range of positive reasons, for example: showing good manners or kindness to others, extraordinary volunteer efforts in the community, providing good customer service, athletic achievement, unique talent or ability, and improving or outstanding grades and/or behavior in school. The winners will be notified and announced through an electronic press release.

Each submission must adhere to the following guidelines:
·         Nominees must currently attend a Birmingham area high school (9th – 12th grades)
·         Submissions will only be accepted from Caught Doing Good “spies”
·         Final ten (10) students’ “deeds” will be fact-checked by DYS
