John Goodwin, an 11th grader at Wenonah High School, has been chosen October’s Student of the Month for the school’s Academy of Hospitality and Tourism. John enjoys cooking and has played for Wenonah’s junior varsity and varsity basketball teams. When he graduates, he plans to attend the Art Institute of Atlanta’s Culinary Arts program to prepare to work as a chef.
