Councilor William Parker and Mayor William Bell joined the Birmingham Public Library Board members for the grand reopening ribbon cutting ceremony for Inglenook Library on Thursday May 22. Councilor Parker accepted the accomplishments of the renovations of behalf of his mother, the later Council President Maxine Herring Parker of District 4.
