- JUNE 13 – CELEBRATE CARIBBEAN AMEICAN HERITAGE MONTH – The Birmingham Barons in conjunction with Central Alabama Caribbean American Organization (CACAO) will bring the sights and sounds of the Caribbean to Regions Field on June 13th when they present a mini-carnival in recognition of Caribbean American Heritage Month and the growing Caribbean community in the City of Birmingham. - JUNE 19 – CALLING ALL MINORITY CONTRACTORS – B.L. Harbert International will host a Meet and Greet at the Westin Hotel, in Birmingham, AL, for minority contractors, held from 3 -7 p.m. The meeting is purportedly for minority contractors and subcontractors. B.L. Harbert International, along with our Subcontractors already under subcontract, can meet and engage with BCIA Certified Businesses and other specialty contractors in the City of Birmingham.
