Cash For Crooks Div. of Refuge In Trouble Times Community Development, Inc. salutes Travis Holmes, Jr., age 26, who on July 12, 2003 was shot at the Shell Service Station on Lomb Avenue and Tuscaloosa Avenue. Witness saw a white Chevy Impala pull up along side and asked Travis to pull over. When they did, the shooter walked over, shot Holmes in the head and left. There is still an outstanding reward for this homicide listed here.
