Legal Services Alabama Prepares Last Will and Testament for Qualified City of Birmingham Residents

Legal-ServicesLegal Services Alabama, through a Partnership with the City of Birmingham will provide free drafting and execution of wills and free probate of wills to low-to-moderate income property owners and senior citizens in the City of Birmingham through the “Preserving the Wealth of our Communities Project.”
There are income restrictions. You may qualify if your income is under $34,200 for a single person; $39,050 for a family of 2; $43,950 for a family of 3; and $48,800 for a family of 4.
We will be at the following locations to provide help with wills and answer your probate questions:
