Rhonda Jones Warren is the daughter of the late Rallis Jones Sr. and Mrs. Melville Jones. She is employed with the Birmingham City Board of Education where she has worked for 22 years. She is a 1986 graduate of Alabama A&M University with a BS Degree in Office Administration.
