BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Birmingham native Angela Scott Moore has sported many hats in her lifetime. Some were by choice and others brought a little chaos. All in all, each hat has helped her become the woman she is today and hopes to be in the future. Now she’s offering her fresh, fun and filled with godly inspiration blog site, “Life Gets Better” at www.angelamooreblog.blogspot.com to help it all make sense for herself and others, while God gets the glory.
The inspirational and interactive blog features daily posts with creative titles and heart-felt, meaningful messages all with a positive message. Titles include: It’s Time We Grow Up and Go on About Our Business; To All The Men I’ve Loved Before; God Promised He’d Do It, But He Didn’t Say How; Wear Your Own Wig; I Need a Man; Help Me Escape My Mouth; Please Pardon My Progress; I Found Out My Ex Was My Brother; I Gave Him the Finger; The Look of Forgiveness and I Hope You Get What’s Coming.
With a career spanning 20 years, Angela Scott Moore is a former broadcast anchor/reporter/producer, a trained motivational speaker, fundraiser and marketing/PR expert. Experience in Civic Service, Social Justice and Human Resources have recently been added to her list of “been there, done that” duties. She’s also a former pastor’s wife of nine years, having devoted seven of those years to serving in full-time ministry, where a majority of her time was spent empowering women and girls.
Angela is also a philanthropic community supporter who has served with more than 25 local and national organizations over her professional career. Currently, as a hobby, she operates the blossoming, full-service public relations venture Amazing Kreations, offering media and event planning assistance to small organizations, ministries and businesses. Having survived the throes of divorce, she also hosts a Facebook page called I’m More Than What Happened devoted to persons experiencing divorce and separation, those affected by it and those who walk the path with them.
Taking lessons learned from each phase of her ever-evolving life, Angela’s now donning the hat of a single woman on a single mission to use spoken and written words to motivate others to know that “Life Gets Better” and encourage them to look, be and do their best while believing just that.
