It is almost impossible to believe that Donald Trump won the Presidency. Here is a man who criticized women and stated that if you have an abortion you should be in jail. He has criticized 30 percent or more of all the people who live in this country.

He has been married three times, accused of sexual harassment by at least 10 women, and stated to all the union workers that he did not believe in a $15/hr. pay increase. Would you believe that the same people he denied the pay increase to are the ones who voted for him, along with the women? He also received the support of the loyal Democratic Union Workers.

President Obama was quoted by USA Today as saying “Americans have to ‘reconcile themselves’ to the Trump presidency.” The article goes on to quote President Obama as saying, “’ Look, the people have spoken. Donald Trump will be the next president, the 45th President of the United States. And it will be up to him to set up a team that he thinks will serve him well and reflect his policies. And those who didn’t vote for him have to recognize that that’s how democracy works. That’s how this system operates. Whenever you have got an incoming president of the other side, particularly after a bitter election like this, it takes a while for people to reconcile themselves with that new reality. Hopefully, it’s a reminder that elections matter, and voting counts.‘”

I thoroughly agree with the President in that we have to wait and see how he is going to govern. I think that most people would praise the President and his family after serving eight years in the White House as our President without a single scandal. The only time that the press criticized the President was for playing golf on the day that a soldier was killed. My guess would be that the President was in the White House for approximately 120 months. He played golf approximately 30 times, which averages out to playing golf about once every three months.

I realize that Mrs. Clinton is disappointed because she did not win, but it could be the best thing that ever happened to her. I firmly believe that the Lord does not give you what you want; but instead, He gives to you, in your best interest, what you should have. Being President of the United States is a 24/7 job with one major issue behind another. If you are serious about the job itself, do all that is required, and knowing Hillary Clinton’s honest and sincere commitment, she would in four years look like she is 100 years old.

Just the opposite from Donald Trump. Within the next four years, Donald Trump, who is presently 70 years old, will look like he is 66 years old. My guess is that he will not have any sleepless nights, but he is going to make sure that everyone else has sleepless nights.

It is going to be interesting to see how many jobs he creates for those people he promised to bring all the jobs back. It is going to be interesting to see what will happen to Social Security. It is going to be interesting to see what will happen to those persons on welfare. It is going to be interesting to see what will happen to public housing under the presidency of Donald Trump.
